South Pole User's Committee
|
||
The South Pole User's Committee (SPUC) is an advisory panel of scientists who are actively engaged in scientific research at the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station. Reports are prepared in response to requests for studies from the Raython Polar Services Company, in their role as support contractor for the National Science Foundation in Antarctica. The South Pole User's Committee provides a forum for discussion of issues affecting the pursuit of science at the Pole. You can contact the committee at aas@cfa.harvard.edu.

The committee has been asked to suggest items for purchase by RPSC in
support of science at South Pole Station. These items should be of
general use (that is, not specific to any one scientific group). The item
may be a potential spare for a particular group's equipment, provided it
is available to all.
