Activities below are organized by Harvard Graduate Student but open to all graduate students at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics.
WEEKLY ACTIVITIES
Cookie Hour
About: Conversation and cookies.
When: Mondays at 4 pm
Where: Grad Lounge (A-111)
Social Hour
About: End the week with refreshments and good company.
When: Every Friday afternoon at 5pm.
Where: In cold weather, Social Hour is always in the classroom (A-101). When it warms up, it moves to the roof.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Dudley House Musical Groups
About: Harvard and community music groups. Many of these groups may have already started rehearsing this semester. Some may or may not allow new members to join in the middle of the semester. But, they will definitely welcome new people next semester!

Student-Faculty Group Lunches
About: Lunch out with a faculty member.
Sign-up is sent out at the beginning of the semester. There are only a few spots left this semester, but it will open up again next semester.
