Hydra
- The outermost satellite, Hydra, is the most massive. Only 40 km across, it reflects more than 80% of the light that it receives from the Sun.
- Hydra's orbit is the most elliptical, with an eccentricity of only 0.00554!
- The irregular shape of Hydra is consistent with our ideas that the satellite grew from mergers and collisions of debris left over from the Pluto-Charon collision.
- Explore the other satellites, Styx, Nix, or Kerberos.
