SAO Human Resources policies and procedures are included in the Employee Handbook. However, the Employee Handbook is not meant to be the only source of information on all SAO policies and procedures. If you have a question that is not answered here, or if you would like more details about a subject not addressed, please talk with your supervisor, administrative officer, or your human resources specialist or assistant in the Human Resources Department (HRD).
