Soon after your appointment, you should be notified via email from eopf_hd@telesishq.com to review new documents that have been added to your electronic Official Personnel Folder (EOPF). You will receive either a Notification of Personnel Action (SF-50) or a Personnel Notification Document (SI-650). These documents contain all the essential information about your appointment, including your title, pay, duty station, and other conditions of employment. You will receive email notification of SF-50 or SI-650 documents having been added to your eOPF each time your position, pay or other essential information changes. These notifications of personnel actions are important documents, and should be reviewed and retained. You should login to your eOPF to review them carefully and you may want to print them or file electronically in a secure manner to retain for your personal records.
