If you believe you have been sexually harassed or discriminated against because of your race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age (persons forty years of age and older), or condition of handicap, you should discuss the problem with one of the EO Counselors listed below. If you are more comfortable talking to a counselor in a unit rather than one in your location, you are encouraged to do so. You must contact the EO Counselor within forty-five (45) calendar days of the date of the matter giving rise to the complaint, or in the case of a personnel action, within forty-five (45) calendar days of its effective date, in order to pursue the matter.
