Oral presentations are allocated a total time of

• Plenary Contributed Talks (9:30-10:30 each day) will be 20 minutes (15+5).
• Working Group Overviews (11:00-1:00 each day) will be 30 minutes (20+10).
• Oral Presentations in Breakout Sessions will be ~10 minutes each, but will depend on the Breakout Sessions. Presenters will receive details from the Breakout Session Coordinators.

The poster session will run from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Thursday and Friday (12/01-12/02), and we ask that each poster presenter be available to discuss their poster. The poster display boards will be available for you to hang your poster Tuesday morning. Posters should be no larger than 48" (120cm) wide by 60" (152cm) high. If you need to print your poster locally, there are several printing services available in Harvard Square near the conference venue:
