Hydra Status

Hydra is down in order to move it to ADC
from Wed Sep 10 9AM ET to Mon Sep 29 12:00PM ET.

During that time all logins will remain disabled,
and there will be no access to any files stored on Hydra.

We have nearly completed the recabling of Hydra at the Ashburn data center and have successfully brought up all the storage units. The good news is that all the storage units (disks) came back up OK and their content is safe, yet bringing the system up is taking more time than our initial optimistic assessment. We have started some of the disk reorganization, but have more to do.

Cabling mess or Clean cabling ?

We will reopen Hydra as soon as possible and we will send an update the week of the 22th.
