Introduction

The target audience for these office hours time slots is primarily SAO users, since the bioinformatics support group already offers something equivalent. This should offer a convenient way to get help in running your tasks on Hydra.

This being said, non-SAO users are welcome to book a session if the problem(s) they want to resolve is/are related to job scheduling, scripting, etc, and not how to use a specific bioinformatic package.

To request a time slot, please enter the requested information and submit the form. You will receive confirmation and a zoom link via email.

Time Slot Request

By default, these take place on Thurdays between 2 P.M. and 5 P.M. on a first come first serve basis. You can book a 25, 55, or 85 minutes slot, using this form, (it also offers the option to request a different time and/or a different length).
