Information for Visitors to the Group Visitors:   We are happy to host visitors to the group, but please get in touch well in advance of your proposed visit. We cannot guarantee a talk slot at the CfA, but if your stay overlaps with our group meeting (Friday afternoons), we're happy to have you speak in an informal setting. If you'd like to give a CfA talk, please get in touch before July for the fall semester, and November for the spring semester (we cannot make promises, but these are the timelines where schedules are made). We do not always have funding to host visitors, but in special cases some resources can be allocated in an application process each September: we need to know well in advance of this deadline of these needs. Naturally, we get a lot of visitors over the summer; but please keep in mind that a significant fraction of the group travels (or takes vacation) in the summer. Please plan ahead in general: Cambridge lodging can be very expensive.
