  CASA 5.1.1 and higher

Usage for executing the pipeline swarmRead:
 
  Usage: swarmRead pathname input-filename output-file-prefix sideband optidx
          e.g., swarmRead /sci166B/sci1/SMA2017/  170923_11:03:17   170923 0 0
                   for LSB
          e.g., swarmRead /sci166B/sci1/SMA2017/  170923_11:03:17   170923 1 0
                   for USB
          e.g., swarmRead /sci166B/sci1/SMA2017/  170923_11:03:17   170923 2 0
                   for both LSB & USB

Usage for executing the CASA script swarm2ms:
  Usage: swarm2ms.py
