Hi Holly,
I have been implementing and integrating calibration features into SWARM2CASA.
The implementation of pipeline Tsys correction has been done; the error information from online error storage (we_read) has been
interpreted into the pipeline; the flux-density scaling features (options) are on the way of being
integrated into the pipeline. The VERSION on rtdc9 is SMA-SWARM2CASA 1.0.5TST,
with the latest implementations were made on April 2, 2019. The intensity debugging has been
taken place on both rtdc9 and my desktops. However, in the past two weeks, my desktop
computers have collapsed a few times. As you may know, it consumes time to recover the internal
disks by running FSCK and make a diagnosis in finding the cause of the issues and fix them. It is
quite frustrating! Thanks to John Test. It took him several hours yesterday to fix the issues on the virtual machine of
my MacPro that I rely on to test the code as a general user before exporting my software to rtdc9.
Please encourage the Cambridge users to use it and make feedback to us.
The newly implemented pipeline calibration features have not been exported to Hawaii yet. We need
to make test runs on rtdc9 for debugging concerns before delivering/implementing the new software
components to the Hawaii installation.
      Regards,
      Jun-Hui
