HOTELS
The
Japan Travel Bureau
(JTB) is entrusted by the organizing
committee to handle hotel reservations. It also assists you
with
tour reservations and optional programs, etc.
Participants are kindly requested to reserve
their rooms either
ON-LINE
or by mailing or faxing the Hotel/Tour Booking Form, enclosed
with the distributed second announcement, to the JTB office in Sendai.
The exact arrival and departure dates, as well as the
desired hotel category, have to be given.
You will then receive from the JTB office
a confirmation with a hotel voucher, on which the name and address of
the hotel are noted. Please refer to the prices given below. Room prices
are quoted in Japanese yen per night and include service charge
and tax but not meals. Please do not send a hotel deposit. Payment is
requested by cash or credit card at the time of check out.
