Remove the two bolts from under the lip
Under the lip are two bolts that hold the bumper cover to the frame. There are about 7 bolts that hold the black lip (if you have that option). These 7 do not need to be removed. Just the two that are further towards the rear of the car. mine were scraped pretty badly and had to be removed with Vise-Grips.
