subject:	Two quadrant SWARM data

Dear SMA Data Reduction Enthusiast,

SWARM quadrant 2 seems to be functional now, and soon (tomorrow, maybe)
we'll be able to operate quadrants 1 and 2 simultaneously.
The new chunks will be called chunks s51 and s52, at least initially.
They will cover the 4->8 GHz portion of the IF, with a 1 GHz hole in
the middle (until the roach2s can run at 11/11 speed).
We MIGHT use this capability soon on science tracks (soon being maybe next week).
The reason for this is that crate5 has been dead for at least 3 weeks,
and so we are missing chunks s17->s20 and s29->s32.
If we make crates 4 and 10 produce those chunks, then SWARM chunk
s51 will plug the ASIC hole, and some confusing combination of
ASIC chunks will plug the SWARM hole.
