DATA FORMAT TRANSFER

smalod      - converts the original SMA data format MIRIAD format;
            - resamples an original uv data-set from an high 
              spectral resolution to a lower spectral resolution 
              or from hybrid spectral resolution to a uniform 
              spectral resolution.
            - corrects for the velocity information.
