The individually archived data files are not world-accessible. There are,
howver, three summary files that PI's can check to verify the inclusion of
their data in the archive (in directory /data/Magellan):

  summary_DATE.db     - Sorted by DATE, INSTRUME, PI
  summary_INSTRUME.db   Sorted by INSTRUME, PI, DATE
  summary_PI.db         Sorted by PI, DATE, INSTRUME

Presumably the last one is that most interesting to PI's. 

One way to look at it is simply "less":
  
  less summary_PI.db

To restrict a view, use the Starbase program "row", e.g.:

  row 'PI ~ "ADupree"' <summary_PI.db

N.B.: I've tried to assign the correct PI in the form of 

  First Initial + Last Name

but since the original headers do not have that data, I've had to ask 
submitters and sometimes had to rely on the posted telescope schedules.
