Ad hoc Building Access Policy

Under Phase 2, "one-time, one-hour" access requests at SAO Cambridge will be replaced by ad-hoc access for individuals who like to return on-site infrequently to perform a specific task, collect items, etc. To be eligible for this type of access, all of your SAO/SI C-19 training must be up-to-date. In very rare situations, we may allow an individual to return on-site without the most current training, provided the request is genuinely "one-time," e.g., moving to a new position. Nevertheless, all SAO personnel must always wear a mask when entering and exiting any SAO building and in any common/shared spaces, e.g. bathrooms, hallways, conference rooms, etc., and adhere to best practices at all times.
Ad-hoc access will be managed differently depending on the location of your office.
