The original TeX document was processed independently with two different versions of LaTeX2HTML (V 96.1 and V 95) and the special characters and constructs that were not able to be viewed properly from the V 96.1 output on the Netscape and Mosaic viewers were inserted from the V 95 output as graphic images included in the text. In this way it is hoped that all common viewers will be able to properly display the information including Greek and special characters.
